With the sea a few hundred yards away, the lovely award winning beach of Blackpool Sands just ten minutes walk, the glorious Devon countryside on the doorstep, and the historic seaport of Dartmouth less than three miles away, a visit to Southfield House is a very special experience.

We are quietly located in the heart of the pretty coastal village of Stoke Fleming. The village boasts an excellent pub and several good restaurants. And for those who wish to leave the car behind, the South Devon Coast Path passes close to our front door, and the local bus service links us to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge, and beyond.

Southfield House was built in 1847. Our rooms are generously proportioned, and thoughtfully decorated. Our guests tell us that they feel relaxed and comfortable here - strangely, that's exactly the way we want them to feel.
